Getting there & transport
Meeting
The page names Via Cassia per Siena 44 around San Casciano, with final place and time sent before the flight according to conditions. Follow the latest confirmation.
From your base
Arrange arrival independently unless your option explicitly adds transport. Florence hotel collection is not assumed.
Post-flight return
Check return-to-meeting arrangements; these do not automatically include your hotel or another town.
Onward plans
Leave a generous buffer before trains, flights or another paid activity because operation and return depend on conditions.
What does your option include?
Flight
The listing gives an hour of flight. Check your option and confirmation; route and altitude are not guaranteed.
Refreshments
Review the listed light breakfast and drinks and confirm allergies and non-alcoholic alternatives.
Return & cover
Read the specified post-landing transfer and insurance rather than extending cover to unlisted services.
Budget
Add the final total, arrival at the meeting point, return to accommodation and independent expenses. No variable fixed price is quoted.
Plan the day & prepare
Reserve a separate period with margins before and after. Wear supportive shoes and outdoor-appropriate clothes and follow operator instructions for belongings and weather. If operation is cancelled, use your booking’s change/refund terms.
Families & participation requirements
Confirm age, height, weight, basket entry, standing and landing-position requirements. The listing names pregnancy, mobility, heart, wheelchair and weight restrictions. Read full terms before paying rather than assuming every child or companion is accepted.
